Award winning rapper, Sarkodie, has revealed that there was so much pressure on him from friends to seek juju protection when he first began his career.
But according to the “Rapperholic” hit maker, it was his faith in God that prevented him from engaging the services of juju man.
Sarkodie who is one of Africa’s most successful rappers was a guest on Accra-based Hitz FM, and said that “I survived in life just basically because of believing in this man up there”.
He mentioned that “They were talking about going to certain places to drink this type of water and you will meet somebody, they will ask you something that you do and then people will love your music, they will follow you”.
However, because of his love for God, he decided to remain focused on God rather than follow the advice of friends who were telling him to follow the world.
