The family of the late Anokye Supremo have set Saturday 2nd March, 2019 as the date for his burial service and final funeral rites.
The musician with real name Emmanuel Baffoe Anokye died at 33, and the date for his final journey home has been decided by his family, following the arrival of his mortal remains from India on Monday.
Formerly known as Daddy Lumba Jnr, the late Supremo died after he slipped into a vegetative state, following a successful surgery to remove a tumor in his head.
Anokye Supremo went into coma shortly after the surgery and died on the 30th of January 2019.
He will be laid in state at the Atomic Energy Park (Opposite the Atomic Police Station) on Saturday 2nd March, 2019 and will be buried the same day.
His burial is expected to attract so many people including his fans and some colleagues in the industry.
