Anyone acting on behalf of Wa All Stars is likely to be defrauded – John Paintsil

John Paintsil

Owner of Wa All Stars and Ex-Black Stars defender John Paintsil has issued a statement to confirm that any person who deals with Mr. Kwasi Nyantakyi or person who claim to be acting on his behalf in respect of Wa All Stars does so at their own peril.

This statement was issued as a result of the news that broke yesterday; Wa All Stars has been sold to Minority Leader in Parliament, Mr. Haruna Iddrisu.

According to checks by checks at the Registrar General’s Department, the team rightfully belongs to John Paintsil and his other partner who signed at the Registrar General’s Department.

In a telephone conversation with Saddick Adams (Sports Obama) on Atinka Total Sports, John vowed to take legal action against any person who acts as communication director for the Club.

“If they says that the team belongs to them, then we want to see their statement and take further action. So far as I am concerned, Wa All Stars belongs to us. We won’t be happy hearing anybody talking for the club apart from us” he said.

“I am not going to mention names but any body who thinks the club is for him should bring a statement; we will sue that person because we haven’t employed anybody to talk for the club. It has been confirmed that the club is our rightfull property; nobody can say the club is for them”.

“When it comes to payment, I think our lawyers are sorting that one out; it belongs to us and the rest will follow”.
