Black Stars skipper Andre Ayew could depart Welsh club Swansea City this summer at the end of his contract.
Ayew has been phenomenal for the Swans following his return from a loan spell with Turkish outfit Fenerbache in the 2018/19 season.
Although Ayew is enjoying a stellar campaign with the Championship side this season, he could be set for an exit in the summer when his contract runs out.
The midfielder who will be a free agent at the end of the season could begin talks with clubs interested in him, should Swansea City fail to tie him down with a new deal.
Speaking on his current situation with the club, Ayew indicated he’s solely focused on securing promotion with the Swans after which, he’ll look at his contract.
“We will see. When you start thinking about that, it takes away some of your focus, and I don’t want that,” he said.
“It could get to a point where that question will come – ‘Are you staying or going?’ – but right now I’m happy here- Ayew added.
Ayew has made 38 appearances this season for the club scoring 14 goals.
