The American singer’s feature with Shatta Wale is obviously a great feat for the Ghanaian music fraternity regardless of any differences one has with the Dancehall King.
Shatta Wale was number on Twitter yesterday immediately after the release of the video with a number of congratulatory messages from coming industry players, colleague artistes, politicians, business tycoons and other professionals.
The album itself featured a lot of African heavyweights like Wizkid, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Ghana’s very own Shatta Wale and a host of other good artistes.
Before the premiering of the album on Disney Plus TV, Beyoncé disclosed that she worked with a lot of great talented young Africans, from her own backyard, to Johannesburg, Accra and other countries across the continent.
However, the date for the commencement of the Black is King Album Tour has been announced on a flier which is scheduled to begin 2021 next year.
