A lawyer and host of Joy New’s news file show, Samson Lardy Anyenini has stated that the government does not have the required evidence to file a criminal case against former GFA capo, Kwesi Nyantakyi.

In a post on Facebook, the TV personality explained that claims by some people that FIFA has done what Ghana as a country could not do is not in order. He explained that disciplinary actions based on an organizations rules isn’t exactly the same as criminal action. Explaining himself further, he stated that the state must name his specific acts/conduct as crime and liable to prosecution and evidence ought to be produced to firm up charges and to prove such a criminal charge beyond reasonable doubt at trial.
