A leading member of the New Patriotic Party and presidential staffer, Gabby Otchere-Darko has quizzed former President John Dramani Mahama to mention a single policy he will implement when elected again as president of the Republic.
According to the founder of Danquah Institute and owner of Asaase radio, he finds it a bit strange that after 18 months of overwhelming endorsements from the NDC supporters who elected him as their presidential candidate, Mr Mahama is yet to name a single policy he will implement if elected in December 2020.
John Mahama won the NDC primaries in February with a landslide victory amassing 95.24% of the vote, leaving six others to squabble over less than 5% in a poll that involved about 330,000 NDC voters. However he has chosen former education minister, Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang as his running mate for the December polls.
“Quiz: 18 months after his overwhelming nomination as NDC presidential candidate for 2020, please name one policy that former President John Dramani Mahama has laid out and promised to implement if elected in Dec 2020?” he tweeted.
