Ghana records first case of coronavirus patient recovery

Ghana has recorded her first case of coronavirus patient recovery if a video circulating on social media is anything to go by.

In the video, a Chinese national who was believed to be positive with the coronavirus infection was seen happily walking out of a health facility as a free man after he tested negative for the virus.

The young man who still had his face mask on was welcomed by another Chinese national who walked him away from the hospital.

In the video, some health workers were heard commenting on the success of the man’s case and stating that this is news that should be sent to the World as a form of encouragement to others who are yet to recover.

Ghana’s current confirmed cases of coronavirus stands at 93 with 4 confirmed deaths.

It is expected that either Accra and Kumasi or the whole of Ghana will be locked down on Saturday after news emerged that a crunch meeting took place at the Jubilee house this evening.
