The Reggae artist, in an interview with Lexis Bill on Joy FM, rubbished claims by a section of industry critics that his career has dipped.
He stated that the perception that he is no longer as relevant as he used to be is not true. The only problem is that he halted a bit to focus on other stuffs. “I have so many businesses so it was a bit difficult to concentrate on music.”
The award winning artiste is into other businesses including farming and has recently been advocating for the legalization of weed for commercial purposes.
“I was doing other things so my concentration shifted. My focus did not shift because I was broke, I had a different focus at the time,” he said.
But according to Samini, he is back and will be storming the industry with more hit songs. He will be releasing his next album in December which is expected to feature only Reggae songs.
