Ghanaian songstress, Rebecca Acheampong aka Becca has dispelled rumors that she used money from Zylofon Media to open her spa in Accra.
According to Becca, she was financially sound before she even signed on to Zylofon Media.
On the 2nd of June, 2017, Becca singed a three-year promotion and management deal with Nana Appiah Mensah’s Zylofon Media record label.
And after almost a year, she set up a body and health treatment centre, Kora, at East Legon near the A&C Shopping Mall.
Meanwhile during the Cosmopolitan Mix on Joy FM on Tuesday, Becca told host Mamavi Owusu-Aboagye that; “I had enough cash before I signed on to Zylofon”.
She stated that she had enough money from music before joining Zylofon; adding that she is from a well-to-do home.
“Even before I joined Zylofon, I was driving whatever car I wanted to drive, travel to everywhere I want to…eat whatever food I wanted,” she added.
When asked if she was still with Zylofon Media, she disclosed that her contract with the label ended in January 2019.
