Chief Executive Officer of Dreams FC, Kurt Okraku has warned Premier League clubs to watch out for their experienced striker, Eric Gawu.
The Dawu based club qualified for the elite division after finishing first in Zone 3 after accumulating 71 points in the GN Division One League.
Kurt Okraku who doubles as the Chairman of the MTN FA Cup Committee believes the 35 year- old will continue hitting the back of the net when the season starts and already considers the player as a club legend.
“We get a lot from Eric Gawu as he is very humble and leads by example. He never complains and always delivers,” he said.
“Every team needs a personality like Gawu in their setup. We are very happy with him as he has been the top scorer for us for the past three seasons.
“We are looking forward to playing a testimonial in his honour because of what he has done for our brand, and I’m very confident he will continue to score in the Premier League because his quality is unquestionable.” He added.
Eric Gawu finished the 2016/17 Division One season as the clubs top scorer.
