After some angry youth of Taifa came out to reject rapper Obrafour’s ‘Back to Taifa’ concert, the legend has done the needful by making peace with them.
It will be recalled that soceitywatch.net published a story in which a man who identified himself as Jeremiah in a video, warned Obrafour not to think of continue his planned ‘Back to Taifa’ concert. Because according to him, Obrafour has neglected the people of Taifa who helped push him to the limelight.
However, information reaching societywatch.net has it that the Concert is coming off as scheduled initially.
The free show will take place at the Taifa Station on Saturday 19th October; 2019 and is set to feature a host of current and old artistes in Ghana.
The tall list includes Medikal, Nero X, Fameye, Joey B, Pappy Kojo, Edem, EL, Ras Kuuku; Dogo, Tinny, Kwaw Kese, Joe Freizer, Guru, LilWin, Kofi B, Kofi Mole, Fantana and Strongman.
However, some big names missing in the lineup include Shatta Wale, Samini, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie. What happened?
The ‘Back to Taifa’ Concert is being put together by Krib Concept and Execution Entertainment to celebrate 20 years since the release of Obrafour’s ground breaking album ‘Pae Mu Ka’.
