Pay GHC 80,000 for Dominic Eshun or we will take legal action against you – Mr. Eric Alagidele tells Hearts of Oak

Communications and Marketing Manager of Karela United FC, Eric Alagidele has valued their teenage player Dominic Eshun at GHC 80,000 after Karela tagged as illegal, the signing of the player by Accra Hearts of Oak.

The Phobians took to their official Twitter handle to announce the signing of the fast rising player. However, official communication from Karela United FC has indicated that he (Dominic Eshun) is under contract which will end on the 30th of November, 2019.

According to Mr. Alagidele who was speaking on Happy Fm 98.9, they (Karela FC) will give Accra Hearts of Oak the real value of the player soon.

“If you are selling a player, there are a lot of factors you need to consider. The boy is 18 years and he has made 7 appearances for Karela FC out of 15 Premier League matches. Mind you, we have other young players in the team who are yet to make appearances for the club so it should tell you the potential of the player”, Mr. Alagidele stated.

He also made it clear that “these are players that we (Karela FC) are grooming to transfer to Europe next year, so if you come and you poach him, you have to pay for the right price”.

He added that he will be surprise if any of his management members goes for anything less that GHC 80,000. According to him, Europeans  clubs want young players at ages between 18 and 19 years, so this is the right time for him to be transferred. But if we give him to them  at GHC 80,000, that’s cheap because if we give him to an European club on loan within a year, we will be smiling to the bank.
