A report signed by Superintendent of police, Dr. Adwoa Nuro-Panin of the Ghana Police hospital has emerged that Kwabena Owusu-Agyei has tested positive for hard drugs.
The leader of the Hezekiah Prayer Ministries was arrested last Tuesday for threatening to Kill EC chair Jean Mensah and burn the Okyehene’s palace.
Upon arrival of the National Security Operatives, the “tough talking” 56 year old man of God was granting an interview with some media personnels. He was whisked away by the security operatives to the CID headquarters.
A waist bag containing what is alleged to be “weed” was found after a search was conducted. Upon further interrogations and a subsequent appearance at the court, he was remanded for two weeks.
The court directed that a test should be conducted to ascertain whether he was on hard drugs. A laboratory test of 8 hard drugs resulted that he tested positive for Marijuana and Tramadol.
The result will be used as an exhibit at his next appearance at the court.
