Shatta Wale has gone haywire in a series of tweets on social media, calling Sarkodie and Stonebwoy a disgrace to Ghana’s music industry, and dissing fans from their respective camps.

It all began when he congratulated Nigerian Rapper Burna Boy on Twitter for winning the African Artiste of the Year Award at the 2019 SoundCity MVP Awards festival held at the Eko Hotel Convention Center in Victoria Island, Lagos.

He wrote “Yessss 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 my blood ,my brother , my realest …we made it …God never sleeps..Go bro !!! The ship just start sail 😂😂 .. Thank you Africa ,Thank you Naija”.

But it looks like his tweet stepped on the toes of some fans from the camps of Sarkodie and Stonebwoy who felt that Shatta Wale was promoting a foreigner, contrary to what he has been preaching. Hence the attacks on him.

Shatta Wale will however not have any of this insolence as he has taken his time to address these bitter fans with some unprintable words, who according to him, are living the statement he sang about “Ghana is a Village”.
