Boxing great Floyd Mayweather has reacted to the rematch between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury which took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Vegas.

Britain’s Tyson Fury destroyed Deontay Wilder by technical knock-out in the seventh round in their heavy weight title rematch.

Right from the first round, Tyson Fury took control of the fight, knocked down Wilder twice (third and fifth rounds) and bloodied him as the referee decided to stop the fight where Wilder’s bench threw in the towel to his rescue.

Meanwhile reacting to Wilder’s defeat, Floyd Mayweather stated that he still supports his brother who has had several wins and won several titles.

He wrote; “Win, Lose or Draw… Deontay @bronzeBomber is our brother that has accomplished many triumphs and as a community we should all uplift and support him throughout it all. No matter what, you’re still a winner in my eyes, King!”.

Floyd Mayweather had always tipped Deontay Wilder to retain his WBC heavyweight belt.
