Captain of the Black Stars, Andre Dede Ayew, has reacted with great pain after hearing the passing of former play mate, Junior Agogo.
The ex-Ghanaian striker died this morning at a prime age of 40 years at his base in the UK.
Agogo suffered a severe stroke in 2015 but recovered recently and was doing well until his untimely death.
Dede reacted to the news with shock as he took to Instagram to post a picture of Agogo with the caption; “One of the worst days in life. RIP big bro Junior Agogo. Words indeed fail me,”
Dede Ayew and Junior Agogo were teammates in the camp of the Black Stars during the Cup of African Nations (CAN) 2008 in Ghana. And that tournament gave both players the platforms to shine.
