Shatta Wale begins ‘Tuesday Market for SM’ to promote small scale businesses on his wall for free

Shatta Wale

Starting a business in Ghana is not easy and getting your product to stand out in a choked market is even more difficult.

It all boils down to effective marketing and making sure that your product paints a mental picture in the minds of your potential customers.

But when you are rich enough to advertise on a blog like societywatch.net or a big social media platform, good for you. For the rest who can’t get that mileage, you just got lucky as award winning dancehall act, Shatta Wale is giving small and medium enterprises that millage.

Introducing what he calls “Tuesday Market for SM”, Shatta Wale is giving these enterprises the opportunity to get featured on his wall by just posting their product and details in a group “Tuesday Market for SM” which he then shares on his Facebook wall.

Considering his following on social media, it is a very good initiative by the King of the streets because if Shatta Wale shares your product on his wall, at least 20,000 people would see your product, 5,000 may contact you and 100 may patronize.

And it’s for free. So I’ll urge all businesses that would want to grow their client base to make use of this opportunity whilst it lasts.

So far, over 50 business have been featured on Shatta Wale’s wall.
