During the handing over ceremony, Shatta Wale praised farmers across the world for their efforts in ensuring a bountiful supply of food items.

He said; “Farming is important because it provides food and jobs for the population. As a country, I think it is time we embrace industrial farming which provides a large amount of food at a relatively low cost and hugely contributes to the industrial development of the country. More jobs will be created for the youth and more people which will help solve the unemployment situation in the county.”
