Stonebwoy & Shatta Wale set to collaborate for the first time at VGMA nominees jam?

Award winning act Shatta Wale and his fiercest rival, Stonebwoy are finally making peace as they will be perform simultaneously at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards nominees jam in Kumasi. 

Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy who are known ‘enemies’ have been tussling for the bragging right to who Ghana’s King of Dancehall is.

However, there are rumors that the ‘self-acclaimed dancehall king and the Bhim Nation President have finally recorded a song together; a song they are getting ready to release at the nominee’s jam. Charter House is however yet to confirm the rumors.

If this collaboration happens, the VGMAs will become interesting as both dancehall acts are nominees for the Artiste of the year/decade categories at this year’s edition.  


Other artistes on the bill will include gospel singer Obaapa Christie, Flowking Stone, Ponobiom, Dopenation, Kweku Gyasi amongst other.

The pre-awards event will take place on Saturday, 6th April, 2019.
