Rapper Sarkodie has launched a series of attacks on organizers of the VGMAs, Charterhouse after they took a decision to ban Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy from their awards scheme.
They took this decision following the rift which happened on stage during the last Vodafon Ghana Music Awards Show.
But according to Sarkodie, it is wrong for Charterhouse to push all the blame on the two artistes who were involved in the rift. Because according to him, security for that day was bad.
Sarkodie added that there were many other lapses that night which he would later address.

It all began when Shatta Wale decided to go up stage just as Stonebwoy was receiving his award for Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year. Things turned violent when Stonebwoy’s manager, Blakk Cedi, began a resistance which later resulted in exchanges from both camps.
Charterhouse have banned the two dancehall artistes Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy indefinitely from participating in the Vodafon Ghana Music Awards.
