Award winning Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie, has began a debate which is sure to cause a lot of controversy in the entertainment industry.
According to Sarkodie, it is wrong for Charterhouse to sell tickets for their prestigious Vodafon Ghana Music Awards show. Sarkodie believes that Charterhouse are making a mistake by selling tickets for the VGMAs.
He however added that he understands the fact that they need a lot of money in order to put up a top notch show like they always do. Hence he would not be too hard on them. But he still insists that it doesn’t make it right.

The Ghana Music Awards Show organized and put together by Charterhouse Productions Limited has been running for over 20 years. And they keep on learning from their mistakes to make the show a better one with each edition.
And organizing a top notch awards show like this one comes with a lot of financial commitment.
It is not known what has triggered this argument coming from Sarkodie. But whatever it is, I don’t think Sarkodie will be okay with a dwindling quality of production or services provided by Charterhouse at the VGMAs.
