VIDEO: Mark Okraku Mantey descends on Prophet Oduro for discrediting VGMAs

Artiste manager Mark Okraku Mantey has descended on founder and leader of the Alabaster International Ministry, Prophet Oduro for discrediting the Vodafon Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) scheme.

In an earlier video circulating on social media, Prophet Oduro stated that after having a conversation with One board member of the VGMAs, he concluded that they are using the church to push the agenda of satan.

He said “I was speaking to one board member of the Ghana Music Awards. And when you listen to what drives their criteria for selection, you can see that people are really pushing the agenda of satan”.

“The reason why they involve the Christian people is because they know majority of Ghanaians love gospel music. And in terms of sales, Gospel Music makes sales more than secular music. And so they are using the church for their business”, he added.

However in a rebuttal, Mark Okraku Mantey told Prophet Oduro not to comment on issues concerning Ghana Music Awards because he’s a novice”.

He added that Prophet Oduro’s posture that everything secular music is demonic is surprising. But they (secular music players) don’t care what he thinks because he is not going to be the judge on judgement day.
