And his reason is simple; government has frozen his bank account and confiscated his assets.

Nana Appiah Mensah was declared wanted by the CID office of the Ghana Police Service in January 2019 after he was accused of defrauding Ghanaians by false pretense. Nana has since maintained that he was running a legitimate business.

As a result, all his assets and bank accounts were frozen after the Ghana Police acquired a bench warrant from an Accra High Court.

NAM1 is currently in Ghana, trying to clear his name from all the allegations; and has organized a Press Conference to address issues.

During the Press Conference, the embattled CEO of Menzgold, NAM1 stated that he is willing to pay back all aggrieved customers of Menzgold. But he will only be able to pay back customers of Menzgold when the government unfreezes his bank accounts and gives him access to his assets.
