Nana Aba Anamoah, TV Personality and one of the main characters behind the successful patching up of one time ‘enemies’, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy has described MUSIGA’s handling of the issues as a complete disappointment.
During an interview on Accra 100.5 FM, Nana Aba stated that the MUISGA President, Obour failed in handling issues well; the organizers of the show, Charterhouse were also in a run to ban the two artistes involved instead of thinking of how to bring them together, forgetting that any monies they made from this year’s event was because of the two of them.
Nana Aba added that ever since the incident that marred the 20th edition of the VGMAs, she had been speaking to both Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy daily.
Shatta always told her he would love to meet up with Stonebwoy to sort out issues; Stonebwoy also expressed the same sentiments. So it was just a matter of the right time and the right venue for the meeting to take place. And according to the News editor at GHOne TV, she is happy that the two have finally met and trashed out all issues.
Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy were allowed to interact when they got to the venue for the peace talks and as matured as they are, they put ego aside and both agreed that they needed to forge for peace and unity.
Nana Aba Anamoah gave special thanks to Dr. Abban for allowing his residence to be used for the meeting. According to her, Dr. Abban advised the two matured men and they heeded to his advise, hence the peaceful meeting.
