Zeinab Abdul Mumin from the Northern Region of Ghana was crowned the winner of the Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB) reality show, hosted on TV3.
After 13 weeks of hard work with its accompaning praise, criticisms, and failures, four out of the ten contestants made it to the grand finale of the pageantry last night, at the Accra Internationl Conference Centre.
Zeinab emerged the winner after three successive rounds of performances with Helen Baaba Botchway, a representative of Central Region taking the second position, Dorcas Asante Afful a representtaive of Western Region also emerged the Second Runner-up and Ivy Serwaa Sefa-Boateng of the Eastern Region emerged fourth.
2016 GMB winner Yaba from the Western region passed on the crown to Zeinab.
Zeinab took home a Kia Sportage, a cash prize worth GHC 12,000 and will soon be on a trip to Dubia. As the 10th winner of the reality show, Zeinab is entitled to keep the crown.
Zeinab Abdul Mumin is 23 years of age and her ambition, is to unite Ghana in order to promote peace and prosperity and to achieve developmental goals in the process.
The night was graced with performances from some artistes like Kuami Eugue, Kobi Rana, Mzvee and Edem.
This year’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful, was attended by past winners of the pageantry, chiefs and other dignitaries across the country.
